Janice bold
This artwork is from the 2nd batch of "Early Works from Wallpapers". I traced a section from a Wallpaper and mirrored the image to make a pair. These works were intended to push me in the area of colour after years of concentrating on the figurative drawn line. Janice is confident, a survivor. Framed in good quality black frame with cream mount. Finished frame size TBC.

This artwork is from the 2nd batch of early works from Wallpapers. Early works where tracings from an aspect chosen from a section of Wallpaper, there were only two pairs done in each series. These works were explicitly intended to push me in the area of colour after years of concentrating on the figurative drawn line. Janice is about breaking out with happiness and love intact, obviously the shroud and mask like references are there given present political circumstances. I have my own history to drawn on.
